I am writing this letter to compliment you on the transformation of our back yard. June, 2010 we undertook a large renovation project and pool build at the property address .... As you know this was not a small undertaking.

The Family is thrilled with the results, and I compliment you on your vision and skill in taking our dream back yard and turning it into reality.

You also did your best to honor our privacy and keep the job site clean to the best of your ability, since we were living here during the construction - which is never an easy undertaking.
